1. Shipping Information

1.1. Fulfillment Partner

We produce and fulfill all products using Printify, a trusted print-on-demand platform. This ensures high-quality printing, packaging, and delivery tailored to each order.

1.2. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to:

  • United States (Free Shipping)

  • Canada

  • United Kingdom

  • Australia

  • Select countries in Europe and South America

Note: Shipping availability and rates vary by region. Additional taxes or customs duties may apply depending on your country.

1.3. Processing Time

  • Standard Processing: 2–7 business days

  • Custom Mugs (with personalization): 4–8 business days

1.4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • USA: 3–8 business days after processing

  • International: 7–21 business days after processing

1.5. Tracking

A tracking link will be sent via email once your order is fulfilled. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to activate.

2. Returns & Exchanges

2.1. Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges only in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

2.2. Request Window

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund.

2.3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized mugs

  • Sale or limited edition drops

  • Items showing signs of use or damage not caused by shipping

2.4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at gail@mugstang.com with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

3. Refunds

Refunds (if approved) are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If you haven’t received a refund after this time, contact your bank or payment provider first before reaching out to us.

4. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please reach out to us at gail@mugstang.com so we can investigate and assist. Lost items confirmed by the shipping carrier will be re-shipped at no cost to you.
